Rules Of Academics

These rules ensure the smooth and safe operation of our transportation services

Designated Route and Stops

Our bus routes are carefully planned for the convenience and safety of all passengers. We do not entertain diversions or extensions to the existing routes.

Stopping Protocol

Bus drivers will stop only at designated stops unless instructed otherwise by the Bus-In charge or School Authorities.

Request for Route or Stop Changes

Any requests for changes to the bus route or stop must be submitted in writing at least one week in advance.

Punctuality

Students are expected to be at their respective bus stops five minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Timely Departures

Buses will depart at the fixed time and will not wait for latecomers.

Parental Permission

Parents must inform the class teacher in advance if they wish to take their child along with them.

Responsibility for Damage

Students will be held accountable for any damage caused to the buses and will be fined accordingly.

Prohibition on Parcels/Gifts

Sending parcels or gifts through the bus driver is strictly prohibited.

No Transaction Policy

Transactions involving parcels or gifts among students, between students and teachers, or within teachers are not allowed.

Attendance rules are put in place to ensure the consistent learning and academic progress of our students

Parental Notification Parents are responsible for informing the school in advance about their child's absence.

Attendance Requirement All students must maintain a minimum attendance of 85% throughout the academic term.

Exam Eligibility Students with less than 85% attendance will only be allowed to sit for final examinations on medical grounds.

One-Day Absence

a. Parents must submit an application to the class teacher at least one day in advance for planned absences. In emergencies, the reason for absence must be provided the next day.

b. Once a student arrives at school, no further short leaves will be granted. In emergencies, the student must be escorted home by a parent with written permission from the principal.

Multiple-Day Absence

a. Students absent for more than one day must provide a valid reason for their absence.

b. Students absent for more than three days due to illness must submit a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner upon returning to school.

c. Unauthorized absence for more than three consecutive days may result in the student's name being removed from the rolls. Re-admission is subject to the discretion of the principal.
